Flipping helices

It is often interesting to draw the figure or some helices of the figure anti-clockwise. RnaViz allows the user to flip the entire drawing or any helix to make this possible. This is often necessary in order to nicely arrange pseudo knots.

now rotate the helix, and rearrange the single stranded areas nicely
